Fitting fees are fixed. Components are quoted at cost plus a stated build fee. Nothing on this page changes once you are sitting in the bay.

Where a fee is half credited, fifty percent of it comes off the build labour if you order the recommended work within ninety days. We do not credit component cost, because component cost is what we paid for the part.
Repair and Service Rates
These are labour only. Grips, shafts, ferrules and tape are charged separately at the price we pay plus a flat handling amount shown on your quote.

How Parts Are Priced
Heads, shafts and grips are billed at our cost with a stated handling amount added, and both figures appear on your quote as separate lines. You can see what the part cost and what we charged to fit it.
We do this because component margin is where a fitting shop's incentives usually go wrong. If the shop makes most of its money on the part, the shop has a reason to recommend the expensive part. Charging for expertise and labour instead removes that pull from the room.
You are also welcome to supply your own components. We will fit them, build with them, and stand behind the labour. The only thing we will not do is guarantee a counterfeit shaft, so anything of uncertain origin gets inspected first and may be declined.
What Is Never Charged

- A second copy of your service card, any time
- A phone conversation about whether you need an appointment at all
Payment
Fitting fees are due at the appointment. Builds require half at order and half at pickup. We take cards and cash. There is no financing programme and no membership.

Every figure on this page is the figure you will be charged. Book whichever line fits the problem.
